Long haul communications. You will operate and maintain tactical and strategic SATCOM systems. I have worked closely with tactical SATCOM folks in my non-flying career, nearly all enjoyed it for both the technical challenge and the opportunity for support guys to work with shooters. A skillset in VERY high demand in the civilian market BTW-regardless of the economy.
