Help needed with rogers scientific atlanta hd pvr explorer 8300 ?
It does nothing when plugged in, any way to make this do anything without cable from rogers. So someone tell me what to do to make this thing work here without cable please? Why would they bother to create this thing to only work with cable,is it any good for satelite?
